Eating Wars & Toddlers

Getting young toddlers to eat a healthy diet is complicated. It's important to understand the difference between a typical picky eater and a problematic eater. Research suggest that a child with autism is 5x more likely to experience challenges with eating. Check out the resources from Dr. Toomey on SOS steps to Eating Heirarcy and the video from ABEL describing eating problems and strategies. https://childhealthanddevelopment.files.wordpress.com/2012/03/kaytoomey.pdf
